Local company secures largest facility at Horsham urban warehouse scheme
International removals, relocation, storage and furniture hire company Perfect Group has taken the largest warehouse at Chancerygate’s £27 million 104,000 sq ft Grade A urban logistics development Audio Park in Southwater, near Horsham, Surrey in the Southeast.

THE PROPERTY totalling 33,718 ft2, comprise 29,332 ft2 of warehouse space with 4,386 ft2 of first floor accommodation. It has 12.5m eaves and boasts 4 level access doors with a 50m deep yard.
The company has relocated from its existing premises in Horsham to the new larger facility, providing additional storage and operational height to support the company’s ongoing growth.
Perfect Group chairman Lucky Gohler, said: “Our previous base in Horsham had reached capacity and we needed a building that could support the growth of our storage business without taking us away from the area.
“Audio Park gives us exactly that, the increased eaves height meaning we can hold considerably more within a single facility as we continue to grow.”
Located in Southwater Business Park, Audio Park comprises seven units ranging between 8,300 ft2 to 33,718 ft2.
All units at Audio Park feature electric vehicle charging points, low air permeability design and roof-mounted solar cells providing green energy on an affordable basis. The development has achieved a BREEAM Excellent, and EPC A rating.
