Local occupier snaps up Leeds warehouse
A local occupier has snapped up Broadland Properties’ 140,825 ft2 Leeds 140 warehouse unit on Whitehall Road, Leeds in West Yorkshire.

THE PROPERTRY, which was let on a 15 year lease, boasts two dock and four level access doors with 98,888 ft2 of warehouse space as well as 18,253 ft2 of dedicated office space.
It was constructed in 1992 and extended in 2004. It comprises a detached unit of steel portal frame construction, spanning two bays, under a pitched metal profile roof which incorporates c. 10% translucent roof lights, with a concrete floor to the warehouse
Avison Young and GV& CO advised.
Avison Young was appointed to bring the property on Whitehall Road Industrial Estate to market earlier this year.
The property comprises, alongside offices on the ground and first floor, with four ground level loading doors and two dock level loading doors.
