Logicor completes 500,000 ft2 plus refurbishments in Golden Triangle
Investor and real estate asset manager Logicor has competed the refurbishment of three building in the Golden Triangle totalling more than 500,000 ft2 of warehouse space.

THE LARGEST of the refurbishments is the 213,519 ft2 Magna Park 214 building which now includes 18 dock and three level access doors, a 50-metre yard, two-storey offices, and dedicated car and HGV parking. Magna Park 214 also benefits from a BREEAM Very Good rating and an EPC A rating.
Over in Daventry, Logicor has refurbished DIRFT 200 which provides 204,320 ft2 of space with 16 dock and four level access doors, 14-metre eaves, and a 55-metre yard.
Finally in Banbury, Banbury 112 offers a 112,721 ft2 best-in-class facility with 10 dock and three level access doors, a 12-metre clear internal height, and 113 car parking spaces. The building has achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating and an EPC A.
Together, the three high-specification facilities provide over 530,000 sq ft of modern logistics space in the UK’s most sought-after distribution corridor. Each unit has been upgraded to enhance its sustainability credentials and specifications to meet occupiers’ contemporary and future needs.

In addition to refurbishing existing stock, Logicor continues to deliver major new developments. Earlier this year near DIRFT 200, it completed its largest new UK project to date: Logicor Park Daventry, an 800,000 ft2 scheme comprising three units, which featured as Logistics Matters Shed of the Month in September.
