Logicor secures first letting at Northwest scheme
Asset manager, investor and developer Logicor has let its first unit at it Logicor Park Altincham its first multi-let industrial development in the UK.

THE SCHEME is a redevelopment of existing units to form three new warehouses: Unit 1 (21,311 ft2), Unit 2 (15,542 ft2) and Unit 3 (3,332 ft2). Unit 3 has been let to GAP, a PVC-U building product manufacturer and distributor.
Each unit has been built to a high specification, achieving an EPC ‘A’ rating and BREEAM ‘Very Good’. Solar PV installations have been fitted across all units, alongside LED lighting, rooflights to maximise natural light, EV charging points and secure cycle spaces. In addition there is shared landscaped amenity space, including grassland and picnic benches available to all occupiers
As well as this first MLI redevelopment Logicor has developed three Big Box scheme this year; 800,000 ft2 site in Daventry, 508,003 ft2 site in Derby and 331,982 ft2 in Little Hulton, completed earlier this year.
