Logistics company secures Purfleet warehouse
International logistics company Arcese UK has secured a lease on developer investor Indurent’s Indurent Park Purfleet warehouse in Essex the Southeast.

THE COMPANY took the 51,364 ft2 facility prior to its refurbishment.
It boasts a steel portal frame construction under a pitched roof boasting 8m eaves with 10 dock and two level access doors with 45m yard. It has a low site cover (37%).
Joint agents were DTRE and Savills.
