Logistics company secures West Midlands warehouse
Logistics company AMS Distribution Centre has snapped up one of the last two warehouses at Stoford’s 500,000 ft2 Spa Park scheme in Leamington Spa in Warwickshire, West Midlands.

THE COMPANY has taken Unit 4 a 30,842 ft2 warehouse on a 10-year lease to accommodate expansion plans. The property has 28,505 ft2 of warehouse space with 10m eaves as well as one dock and two level access doors served by a 35m yard. It has 2,337 ft2 of two storey office space and has been built net zero carbon targeting BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating.
Onsite amenities include outdoor bodyweight fitness equipment and a newly launched electric vehicle (EV) charge park, delivered in partnership with leading EV charging network Zapcharged.
At the same time, digital health company HeliosX sign a 10-year lease on Unit E, a 50,000 sq ft facility that will be used for the storage of healthcare products.
Current occupiers include Berry Global, Bladon Micro Turbines, General Motors, Opus International Products and Wickes.
The scheme is now fully let. Agents were Bromwich Hardy, CBRE and M1 Agency.
