Logistics solution provider secures Stevenage warehouse
Remedy Fulfilment a D2C solutions provider for the music and entertainment industry, has taken a warehouse at Legal & General Centric scheme on Gunnels Wood Road in Stevenage in the Southeast.

THE DEAL will allow the company within Stevenage where it has been based since its inception 11-years ago.
The company has taken a 15 year lease on the space which totals 13,289 ft2 which provides pick & pack, mail-order and band merchandise services for on-line music stores to continue its expansion
The 75,634 ft2 scheme, which has been brought forward by Legal & General’s Industrial Property Investment Fund (IPIF) in partnership with Taurus Developments, comprises four high‑quality industrial units ranging from 10,000 to 26,300 ft2..
L&G Head of Asset Management (IPIF) Tim Packer, said: “A dearth of industrial stock in the Stevenage area led us to purchase the site and develop this scheme, and we are delighted to see it meet local demand for suitable business premises.”
