EVO LAKE and Japanese funding partner  real estate company Mitsubishi Estate secured detailed planning consent for its first Ultra Urban scheme, in the UK – Bromley Boost – last week.

The redevelopment which was first reported in Logistics Matters in March this year, is set to deliver 11 high-spec industrial units, totalling 87,424.48  ft2

The 3.2 acre site is located at 24-34 Farwig Lane. Russell & Bromley vacated the site in November 2024 and plans for its redevelopment were submitted to Bromley Council on 31st December 2024.

The redevelopment will see the demolition of the former factory and the construction of three blocks of 11 units ranging form 3,143 ft2 to 15,553 ft2 built to target a minimum BREEAM Excellent and an EPCA accreditation. The scheme will have a 69% site density.

The partnership is targeting additional sites in strategic logistics locations in and around the M25, the Golden Triangle and the M1 corridor.

DTRE is advising.
