Manchester spec unit plan launched
Legal & General’s Industrial Property Investment Fund (IPIF) and PLP have announced the launch of Metro 190, a prime speculative logistics unit in Trafford Park, Manchester.
Readie Construction have been appointed as main contractor to construct the 190,660 sq ft warehouse and have now started on site with completion scheduled for October 2021.
Metro 190 is in Trafford Park, 6 miles from Manchester city centre and close to M60 Junctions 9 and 10, and M602 Junction 2. Metro 190 is a prime urban logistics facility with 15m clear height warehouse, high spec offices, a secure 50m yard, separately accessed car parking and 2.5MVA of power delivered as standard.
