Manufacturer and distributor leases Ellesmere Port warehouse
Independent manufacturer of high volume corrugated glued cases and supplier of corrugated sheets eCorrugated has taken a warehouse at developer Arrow Capital Partners 280,000 ft2 Aviator Park scheme in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire in the Northwest.

THE COMPANY has taken Aviator 200 which totals 198,000 ft2. It boasts 187,819 ft2 of warehouse space with 15.5m eaves, 24 dock and three level access doors served by a 75m yard with parking for 38 HGVs. It has 9,426 ft2 of Grader A two-storey office space and a two storey 1,623 ft2 transport hub. It has 10% roof lights a 50kn/m2 floor loading and a 1.5MvA power supply and has been built to target BREEAM Veery Good and an EPC A rating.
The property is part of Arrow’s Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) joint venture with Cerberus Capital Management.
