Manufacturer and distributor secures Northampton warehouse
Agricultural, truck and plant vehicle seating manufacturer KAB Seating has secured a warehouse at Marq Logistics G-Park Northampton development in the East Midlands.

IT HAS taken the 90,852 ft2 warehouse known as Unit 2 Moulton Park for expansion purposes.
The grade-A rated logistics hub features sustainable specifications, boasting an BREEAM Very Good and an EPC A rating. It has an 82,345 ft2 warehouse with 15m eaves as well as 10 dock and four level access doors served by a 38m self contained secure yard. In addition there is 8,000 ft2 of two storey offices.
Joint letting agents were Cushman & Wakefield and Prop-Search.
