GREENHAM BUSINESS Park owner Greenham Trust CEO Chris Boulton:"There is market demand for warehouses of this size and very little existing supply or new development coming through the pipeline, so it is ideally placed to soak up demand."

The new 33,117 ft2 property known as Altitude is the latest offering at the 150-acre park on the outskirts of Newbury. The property has 2,677 ft2 of Grade A office space as well as 28,817 ft2 of warehouse space benefitting from 10m eaves, a 50kn/ft2 floor loading, two roller shutter doors as well as  a PV array providing up to 80,000 kw hours of electricity for the occupier. It has been built to achieve an EPC A+ and BREEAM Very Good rating.

The property also has 24 hour security, a secure yard, 36 allocated car parking spaces, 16 x dual EV charging points and bike storage.

The building is available to let through joint letting agents Campbell Gordon, Deal Varney and Richardson Commercial.
