Mens health company secures Enfield warehouse
Direct to consumer men’s health company ForHims has leased Capital Industrial’s 74,830 ft2 Switch 74 warehouse off Mollinson Avenue, Enfield, Greater London.

THE COMPANY which provides online consultations and prescription treatments for men’s health issues, including hair loss, sexual health, dermatology, mental health, and weight management, will use the facility to cater for expansion.
The lease is believed to have been secured at a rent north of £23 per ft2.The property has a 68,211 ft2 warehouse with 12m eaves as well as five dock and three level access doors served by a 35m yard. It has 6,519 ft2 of two storey office space and has been built net zero to achieve BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A+ rating.
