Mid box warehouse for Magna Park
Mulberry Developments has secured planning permission to deliver a Midbox warehouse at Magna Park Lutterworth in the East Midlands.

THE PROPOSAL is for a 44,093 ft2 unit at Lutterworth Enterprise Park on Magna Park Lutterworth. The property is being marketed on a pre-let basis and will include 10m eaves, four dock and two level access doors as well as a 36m yard and 500 kVA power supply.
It will be built to a BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rating and the structure will be capable of a full PV installation.
Letting agents are DTRE and Budworth Hardcastle.
In a post on social media DTRE said: “[The developer] is looking to capitalise on the strong rental growth witnessed in the midlands mid-box market over the last 12 months.”
