Midbox scheme for last plot at Aztec West

Royal Sun Life has submitted outline proposals for a four unit Midbox scheme on the last development plot at Aztec West Business Park in Bristol.

THE DEVELOPMENT on a 10.72 acre greenfield site could support a scheme totalling some 147,000 ft2 with units ranging from 26,000 ft2 to 48,600 ft2.

The scheme will aim target BREAAM Excellent and an EPC A rating.

The single sided buildings will have 12m clear height as well as integrated offices, car parking as well as 35m yards.

The Economic Development Assessment, states that the proposed development would contribute approximately £10.2 million in annual Gross Value Added and £581,000 per annum in business rates once operational.

The development is expected to create 89 full time equivalent roles during construction, and 129 full time equivalent roles once completed and operational.
