Midbox spec shed for Sheffield
Gregory Properties has started speculatively developing a 33,000 ft2 mid box warehouse at Sheffield Business Park in South Yorkshire.

THE PROPERTY is being built on a 2-acre plot on Europa Link which it acquired in June last year.
Once built it will comprise a 30,000 ft2 warehouse with 3,000 ft2 mezzanine offices. It will have 9m eaves as well as three level access doors and is targeting a BREEAM Very Good rating. Practical completion is scheduled for Spring 2024.
