Developer BELL HAMMER, in partnership with Aviva Investors, has secured full planning approval for a 382,000 ft2 midbox industrial an logistics scheme in Luton , Bedfordshire in the Southeast.

KNOWN AS Milla Park, Luton the BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rated development is located on a site directly off Junction 11a of the M1 motorway.
It will deliver 382,000 ft2 of high-quality space across six units, ranging from 4,950 to 113,950 ft2 with eaves heights from 8m to 15m. Construction is targeted to commence in Q2 2026.
