Milton Keynes warehouse on market within one month of acquisition
Real estate investment company Melburg which secured the circa.90,000 ft2 former Alanod distribution and HQ in Milton Keynes I an off market deal in February this year, has put the final circa 24,000 ft2 of space out to market through BTG Eddisions (incorporating Kirby Diamond).

KNOWN AS M1-MK, and located at Chippenham Drive in Kingston, the property comprises a 23,920 ft2 modern warehouse unit with 3,124 ft2 offices on a secure site with entrance gate, with dedicated parking and loading facilities as well as two roller shutters and a secure yard area.
The building was constructed in the early 2000’s and sits within a Freehold site that exceeds 4 acres, with yard depths of approx. 30 metres.
The property has been marketed with a quoting rent of £10 per ft2. According to Bidwells latest M1 South Industrial Market prime standard industrial rents in Milton Keynes rose by 4-5% in 2025 to £14.75 per ft2.

Handelsbanken provided a senior debt facility for the acquisition of the property Keystone Law and Freedman + Hilmi provided legal services.
