New development director for sustainable logistics jv
Alex Reynolds is the new development director in charge of Greenbox, a sustainable logistics development joint venture between logistics development company Citivale and global private markets firm Partners Group, which was set up earlier this year.

Reynolds has been brought in by Citivale as it starts on its joint venture with Partners. Greenbox is currently bringing forward an 825,000 ft2 industrial and logistics scheme totalling in Thirsk in North Yorkshire.
The development of three new warehouse units is expected to set the standard for Greenbox’s commitment to responsible ESG policies and exceptional sustainability practices.
The site has outline planning consent and scheduled to be ready for occupation from Q3 2024. The three warehouse are 365,464 ft2, 272,504 ft2 and 181,742 ft2 and will have 15m eaves, 55m yards aswell as Cat A office space. They will achieve BREEAM Excellent and and EPC A rating with net zero carbon in construction being targeted. A total of 5 MvA of power is available on site.

Prior to Citivale, Alex spent the last three years at Tritax Symmetry as lead Development Director on its largest flagship logistics scheme, the 9 million ft2, 450-acre Hinckley National Rail Freight Interchange.
