New logistics scheme for Gloucester
Tritax Symmetry has won permission to build a 1.1 million ft2 industrial and logistics scheme in Gloucestershire.

STROUD COUNCIL gave permission for the development of Symmetry Park Gloucester on a 67-acre site at Junction 12 of the M5 motorway.
The developer has gained approval for a hybrid planning application for 1.1million ft2 of development, comprising detailed consent for two buildings of 163,500 ft2 and 241,000 ft2 – with outline permission for a further c.700,000 ft2 of build-to-suit opportunities.
The project is expected to generate 1,200 new jobs in operation and generate £62million GVA per annum.
The project team includes Trinity Project Management, AJA Architects, Feasibility QS, Dunwoody M&E, Burrows Graham C&S, EDP Ecology & Landscaping & WSP Transport
