New Nottinghamshire warehouse scheme on cards
Land promotion specialist Richborough Commercial is looking to bring forward a site in Nottinghamshire which could provide some 340,000 ft2 of warehouse space.

THE COMPANY has entered into an agreement with a landowner to promote the 27-acre site through the local plan process and subsequent planning.
Richborough Commercial group director Nick Jones said: “This well-located site has the potential to bring forward 340,000 sq. ft of industrial and logistics development, providing new jobs and investment for the area.
“We look forward to promoting the site through the local plan process and obtaining planning permission and securing a development partner at the earliest opportunity.”
The site is located on the A52 in Edwalton, Nottinghamshire, which is a key route key across the East Midlands and links to the M1.
The landowner was represented by Mather Jamie.
