New speculative midbox warehouse for Nottingham
Clowes Developments has announced plans to speculatively develop a new Grade A industrial and warehouse unit at Fairham Business Park, Nottingham.

THE NEW warehouse forms part of Phase Two at Fairham Business Park and will see the delivery of Unit D1, a flagship 47,333 ft2 industrial and warehouse facility.
The building will be constructed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rating and will feature a 750 kVA power supply, 10m eaves, four dock and two level-access doors, served by a secure service yard.
Clowes Developments Development Director James Richards, said: “We have experienced excellent levels of interest and strong occupier demand since the park launched.”
Indeed, the company has already secured pre-lets on two buildings on the site which are currently under construction a 30,000 ft2 facility for Nottinghamshire precision engineering firm Fathomtree and a 100,000 ft2 facility for commercial laundry CLEAN.
