Occupier moves into new warehouse in less than a week
International furniture retailer Nick Scali moved into its new Northamptonshire warehouse within five days of agreeing heads of terms with investor and developer, Hillwood for the Q80 Quattro Raunds property.

THE OCCUPIER had an urgent need for existing space, and speed and certainty of occupation was critical. The deal was secured so swiftly on the 80,747 sq ft facility that it meant the unit was only vacant for six-weeks post practical completion.
The unit is part of the wider Quattro scheme comprising four ‘mid-box’ units in total ranging from 10,867 to 117,552 ft2. It was built on a speculative basis and completed in March 2026.
The property along with the three remaining units have been built to target including BREEAM Excellent and EPCA.
Hillwood UK was represented by Bidwells and M1 Agency, while CBRE acted on the Q80 transaction.
