THE INTERNATIONAL printing company has taken Air 50 a 48,978 ft2 refurbished warehouse on Well Lane which boasts 44,247 ft2 of warehouse space with 8.5m eaves, three level access doors  and a 500KvA power supply as well as 4,731 ft2 of first floor offices.

The property comprises a steel portal frame warehouse and was built in 2002.

It was previously let to industrial fabricator Fablink which went into administration.
