Packaging company leases Leicester warehouse
A Leicestershire-based packaging company has expanded its operations after securing Unit 7 at Leicester Distribution Park on Sunningdale Road by way of an assignment of the lease.

THE PROPERTY totalling 30,621 ft2 was held on a 10-year FRI lease expiring May 2032 at a passing rent of £229,320 a year, equating to £7.50 per ft2. The lease is subject to a review in May 2027.
Constructed in 2022, the warehouse has achieve BREEAM Very Good and an EPC A rating. It has 12m eaves as well as three level access doors and a 40m yard and PV panels.
Property consultancy Andrew + Ashwell director Kelvin Wilson, said: “The move reflects sustained demand for high-quality, mid-size industrial units across Leicester, where limited supply continues to support strong occupancy rates and competitive leasing activity.”
