Packaging company leases Leicester warehouse
Packaging company Graphic Packaging has taken a new lease on Unit A Frontier House Interlink Business Park in Leicestershire in the East Midlands.

THE COMPANY has taken a 15 year lease on the 77,298 ft2 second hand property which boasts 71,060 ft2 of warehouse space with 10m eaves and nine dock and one level access door served by a 45m yard. It has 6,238 ft2 of two storey offices and 190KvA power available.
It was formerly let to Bunzl Retail & Healthcare Supplies. Joint agents were JLL and NG Chartered Surveyors
