Pallet death – investigation launched
Police have launched a joint investigation with the HSE into the death of a 22 year-old Slovakian man.
The man died following an industrial incident at the Interfish factory at Wallsend Industrial Estate, Plymouth in October.
He was working in the freezer area when he is believed to have been struck by a falling pallet.
