Panattoni secures greenlight for Bolton warehouse
Industrial and logistics developer Panattoni has secured planning permission for a mid-box warehouse in Bolton in the Northwest.

The £3.9 million property at Great Bank Road on the Wingates Industrial Estate will total 46,904 ft2. It will be built to BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating. It will have 12m eaves, four dock and two level access doors as well as a 3,130 ft2 of first floor offices and a 35m yard.
Practical completion is due in 2024.
Joint letting agents are Savills, DTRE and Knight Frank.
