Pharma manufacturer and distributor takes Derby warehouse
Global services partner to pharmaceutical and medtech manufacturers Uniphar Pharma, has taken Hines’ 113,000 ft2 warehouse at Dove Valley Park, Derby.

THE COMPANY is believed to have secured the warehouse on a 12-year lease at a rent of circa £8.25 per year.
The facility,totalling 113,137 ft 2 comprises a 107,531 ft2 warehouse with 12m eaves and 10 loading and two Euro dock as well as three level access doors served by a 55m yard. In addition, there is 5,520 ft2 of two storey offices.
The property is part of the Axis Portfolio created by Hines, comprising eight new industrial and logistics facilities across the East Midlands three of which were speculatively built units on Dove Valley Park of 113,000 ft2, 152,000 ft2 and 196,000 ft2. Six of the eight properties comprising over 800,000 ft2 are now let, the latest letting being DVP 113, Derby, which completed in June.
Dove Valley Park is a 200 acre industrial/distribution development. It provides over 1.75 million sq ft of accommodation and current occupiers include JCB, GXO, Futaba Industrial, MEG and Truma.
