Planning secured for Cheshire warehouse
Rula developments has secured full planning permission to develop a 225,000 ft2 warehouse at its 30-acre Winsford Gateway scheme in Cheshire.

TO BE known as WG225, the building will occupy a 140acre site at Winsford Gateway just five miles from M6 Junction 19 with 3.5 MVA power already secured.
Access works to the site have commenced alongside the construction of WG27, a 27,728 sq ft freehold pre-sale for the new headquarters for floor finishing and interior design business, Saint Group.
WG255 will boast 213,151 ft2 of warehouse space with 15m eaves as well as 22 dock ( four oc which are double height0 and four level access doors served by a 50m yard with 54 trailer spaces. It will have 11,970 ft2 of two storey offices.
Winsford Gateway is located at the north entrance to the wider 380-acre Winsford Industrial Estate which is home to around 150 businesses employing more than 4,000 people.
Rula Developments Development Director Anthony Clitheroe, said: “Both purpose-built logistics and industrial facilities and serviced development land continue to be in high demand in this location, and we are able to provide expedited options for both lease and sale, with the site already comprehensively serviced.
Rula is offering a total of 350,000 sq ft of industrial, logistics and roadside/retail accommodation available at Winsford Gateway with full infrastructure works already in place.
WG74 is currently available for lease or sale with full planning permission secured for up to 74,000 ft2 on a 4.8 acre site. A separate scheme of six new trade counter units ranging from 1,684 to 3,058 ft2 is also immediately available at Plot 3.
Rula has previously delivered a 168,000 ft2 state of the art factory for Tiger Trailers at Winsford Gateway, and more recently completed a 4.1-acre yard extension for the manufacturer on its adjacent development site.
