Planning secured for Loughborough midbox scheme
Asset manager Aureon Partners and developer Arax Properties have secured planning for a 300,000 ft2 manufacturing and logistics scheme in Loughborough, East Midlands.

THE NEW scheme to be built across two adjacent sites at Falcon Park will see the construction of units ranging from 3,900 ft2 to 110,000 ft2, suitable for traditional and high-tech manufacturing uses and modern logistics operators.
The new units will be constructed to a BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating whilst also incorporating features targeting power generation, energy consumption and drainage management.
Phase 1 of the development, Falcon Park North, will offer a series of new build units from 16,605 ft2 to 66,350 ft2 and Build-to-Suit options up to 110,000 ft2. Heavy cranage will be possible on all units.
Phase 2 of the development, Falcon Park South, will offer a range of smaller units from 3,900 to 15,800 ft2 with office units incorporated.
Phase 1 of the new development, Falcon Park North, is expected to be ready for occupation from Q4 2026.
Commercial Property Partners (CPP) and Mather Jamie are joint agents for Falcon Park.
