Planning secured for Nottinghamshire logistics scheme
Clowes Developments has secured planning consent from Ashfield District Council to deliver over 500,000 ft2 industrial nd logistics scheme near Hucknall in Nottinghamshire, East Midlands.

KNOWN AS Harrier Park, the approval paves the way for the development of six units ranging in size from 60,000 ft2 to 206,000 ft2. The units will be delivered across two plots within the 31-acre site, which is currently undergoing remediation and preparatory works to ready the former brownfield land for its transformative redevelopment.
Clowes’ acquired the former Rolls-Royce aerospace site whre the famous Harrier jump jets were built, in 2024.
