Planning secured for Warrington office to warehouse scheme
Developers have been given the go ahead to demolish an office building and build a warehouse scheme on a site in Birchwood, Warrington in the Northwest.

PIN PROPERTY on behalf of international real estate investor Cantt Pak secured permission for the redevelopment of the defunct Washington House office building from Warrington Council last week
The redevelopment of the 3.34 acre site, first touted by Logistics Matters last year, will see the construction of a 76,143.9 ft2 unit with 70,054.78 ft2 of warehouse space with 12.5m eaves and four dock and one level access door. It will have 4,154.87 ft2 of Grade A ancillary offices as well as a 1,894.45 ft2 drivers area. The building will be constructed to target BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating and will have 10% rooflights and a rooftop PV array.
Located off Birchwood Park Avenue, Washington House was acquired by Cantt Pak in 2011 alongside neighbouring office building Allday House.
