Planning won for 375,000 ft2 Unity Connect warehouse.
Waystone Hargreaves Land, a joint venture between Hargreaves Land and Waystone Developments, has won planning for a 375,000 ft2 warehouse at its Unity Connect scheme in Yorkshire.

WAYSTONE GARGREAVES Land director Andrew Johnson, director at, said: “In recent weeks, planning consent has been granted for Unit A which will provide 375,000 ft2 of market leading industrial accommodation on a 20-acre plot. The unit is designed to meet modern occupier requirements and will be located at Unity Connect, which is strategically located immediately adjacent to junction 5 of the M18 motorway.”
The plot is part of the 650-acre Unity development which will see the regeneration of the former Hatfield Colliery near Doncaster in South Yorkshire.
Earlier this year developer Ergo in its Aver Property partnership with NFU Mutual and Waystone Hargreaves Land, started construction on a 191,000ft2 speculative warehouse at Unity Connect
Known as Doncaster 191, the warehouse is being built by Caddick Construction and is due to be available from Q4 2023.
