Plans for Peterborough warehouse submitted
Detailed plans have been submitted for a 350,000 ft2 warehouse at Hillwood’s 127-acre Flagship Park scheme in Peterborough.

THE PROPERTY, known as Flagship North, is the first on the scheme which has outline planning consent for up to 1.36 million ft2 of industrial and logistics space.
It will consist of 337,560 ft2 of warehouse space alongside 12,568 ft2 of Grade A office space. It will also have a separate hub office. The warwhouse will have 15m eaves to haunch as well as 38 dock and four level access doors. As well as parking for 301 cars tehre is room for 49 HGVs within the secure yard. There will be up to 3.5 MvA of power available.
It will be built to achieve a BREEAM Excellent and EPC A certification.

Units are expected to be delivered in both speculative phases and pre let/sales to tenants
