TO BE KNOWN as Fareham Distribution Park, the proposed BREEAM Outstanding development will deliver four units ranging in size from 94,148 ft2 to 199,496 ft2, on the 24-acre site.
The scheme has an estimated GDV of £140 million and is available for pre-let, with the flexibility to accommodate a single unit of up to 550,000 ft2 catering to large-scale occupiers.
Units will be available in Q1 2028, following Eaton Corporation’s move to its new 176,000 ft2 aerospace facility at Daedalus, which is also being delivered by Royal London Asset Management Property and Graftongate.
The Abbey Works site was acquired by Royal London Asset Management Property in 2024. It is located just 1.1 miles from Junction 9 of the M27 motorway, with links to the M3 motorway, Southampton Port, and key national and international distribution networks, offering immediate access to suppliers, customers, and skilled talent.
Retained agent is CBRE.
