PLP lets Milton Keynes warehouse
Developer PLP has let a warehouse in Milton Keynes to Keg rental company Kegstar.

THE LOGISTICS property specialist has agreed a lease on the 147,015 ft2 property at its 135 acre PLP Milton Keynes scheme.
MK174 is one of 10 units on the 1.06 million ft2 Phase 1 part of the site. It boasts 15m eaves, 14 dock and two level access doors and 47 HGV parking spaces. It has 13,511 ft2 two storey offices as well as 132,489 ft2 of warehouse space.
Kegstar has said the new unit will assist with its expansion plans in the UK and Europe.
Phase 1 at PLP MK, totalling 1.06 million sq ft, has been constructed in accordance with the UK Green Building Council (UKGBC) Carbon Net Zero standard. PLP MK, Phase 2, offers a design and build opportunity of up to 1.1million sq ft.

PLP MK was acquired in 2021 by PLP’s flagship investment vehicle, the PLP UK Logistics Venture (UKLV 1), which is owned by majority investor Ivanhoé Cambridge alongside The Peel Group, Macquarie Asset Management (MAM) and PLP senior management.
