Plumbing company is first occupier for Greenbox Darlington
Plumbing company Wolseley has taken the first unit at Citivale and Partners Group Greenbox joint venture in the Northeast, Greenbox Darlington

THE COMPANY has leased Unit 2, a 107,775 ft2 Grade A unit that forms part of Greenbox’s flagship three unit site which reached practical completion in March this year.
Built speculatively to Net Zero Carbon in Construction and in Operation standards the unit is designed to BREEAM Excellent and EPC A standards
The property has 15m eaves, eight dock and two level access doors served by a 50m yard. The warehouse has a FM2 category floor with a 50kn/m2 floor loading.
Greenbox was represented by HTA Real Estate and Savills, with Wolseley advised by Lambert Smith Hampton.
