STEPH BRINGS a wealth of senior-level business development experience from across the UK logistics sector, having previously held key roles at Elovate eFulfilment and GXO Logistics. Throughout her career, she has developed deep expertise in ecommerce trends, consumer behaviour and emerging technologies, enabling her to anticipate market shifts and position logistics services ahead of demand.

In her new role, Steph will be responsible for attracting new clients and brands to Prolog, leveraging her extensive network across the ecommerce, retail and 3PL sectors. She is highly skilled in uncovering client pain points and delivering tailored, end-to-end fulfilment solutions that drive measurable results. Her experience includes integrating logistics operations with client systems and marketplaces, as well as harnessing data analytics, automation and AI to enhance operational performance.
