Prologis secures planning on Hemel Hempstead scheme
Developer Prologis has secured planning for the next phase of its Prologis Park hemel Hempstead scheme in the southeast.

DACORUM COUNCIL has granted planning for a further five unts ranging from 19,000 – 75,000 ft2 at the scheme which sits on Mayland Business Park
The additional units, totalling 280,000 ft2, will target BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A+ rating as well as net zero carbon in construction. Constrcutin is due to start at the beginning of 2024 with completion in 2025.
The units will feature unique ‘brise soliel’ cladding – a type of solar shading system that uses a series of horizontal or vertical blades to control the amount of sunlight and solar heat that enters a building.
