Redsun lets Telford Midbox warehouse

FRESHLY COOKED dog food manufacturer Different Dog has signed a 10 year lease on the property and is undertaking an extensive package of fit-out works. 

Redsun director Nick Wightman said: "Securing Different Dog so quickly after the building became vacant demonstrates the resilience and desirability of this area."

Bulleys Bradbury director Richard Bradbury, advising on the deal, said: "The letting was secured very quickly after coming to market emphasising the demand for quality units like these at Pioneer Park."

Redsun was advised on the letting by Bulleys Bradbury and Addleshaw Goddard. Different Dog Ltd was represented by Aaron & Partners.

Pioneer Park is a 5 acre brownfield site at the heart of Halesfield Industrial Estate. It consist of 3 units totalling 77,000sqft and completed in March 2022.
