Refurbished Stakehill warehouse let

Composite fencing and decorative panels supplier and distributior Charles & Ivy has snapped up Triton Property Fund’s recently refurbished 82,500 ft2 Electron warehouse on the Stakehill Industrial Estate in Manchester.

THE PROPERTY is one of many on the estate which is being  refurbished and actively managed through asset manager IDRE. The refurbishment is part of a larger capital investment and upgrade program across Stakehill, which provides over 800,000 ft2 of industrial and logistics accommodation across 60 units. The works across the estate have focused on improving energy performance, enhancing operational efficiency, adding amenity and repositioning key assets to meet evolving occupier demand. 

IDRE director Ian Murray, said: “Securing Charles & Ivy for Electron is a strong endorsement of the quality of our refurbishment program and the strategic strengths of Stakehill. This letting reflects the depth of demand we continue to see for upgraded, functional space in prime North West locations.”

Electron has an EPC B  and offers 8m clear height, two dock and four level access doors as well as refurbished offices and a large yard. It has a 1.35 MVA power supply.

Stakehill Industrial Estate offers a range of refurbished units from 2,500 – 52,065 ft2, with BOX4 Real Estate and Savills the joint marketing agents.
