SCALA has appointed John Callender as senior consultant
With over 30 years’ experience in the retail sector, Callender started his career as buying and category manager at Tesco.
John has since worked for international companies including MFI, Homebase and Karcher UK.
Specialising in managing changes to commercial supply chains, John has built a wealth of experience in business development, project lifecycles and stakeholder engagement. In his new role at SCALA, he will help broaden the consultancy’s services to include support on customer returns, reverse logistics and repairs.
