Second letting at Bolsover warehouse scheme
Developer BentahallGreenOak and Equation Properties have secured a second pre-let at their 1.2 million ft2 Horizon 29 scheme in Bolsover, Derbyshire.

THE JOINT venture has secured a 10 year lease with no break clauses on Unit 4, which total 105,487 ft2 and forms part of Phase 1B at the 53-acre site
The development is being built in two phases with first phase of five units ranging from 73,174 to 137,070 ft2 targetting BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating.
Unit 4 features 12m eaves, a 50m yard depth, 10 dock and two level access doors a 50kn/m2 floor loading. There is room to park 21 HGVs and 88 cars.
The properties will also include features such as 20 per cent EV charging points, renewable power sources, sustainably sourced materials and enhanced cladding systems.
Plumbing group Wolseley took a pre-let on Unit 1 totalling 152,000 ft2 in December last year.
The Horizon 29 scheme is a mile from Junction 29a of the M1 motorway. BGO and Equation bought the site for £40 million from Bolsover Land Limited, a joint venture between ALMCOR and St. Francis Group. Joint letting agents are Knight Frank, JLL, and Cushman & Wakefield
