SEGRO lets North Feltham warehouse

SEGRO HAS agreed to a new 15-year lease with existing customer AT Communications, trebling the size of the company’s space at the development. 

AT Communications provides video, audio and lighting equipment, along with project management services to production companies in the conference, awards, exhibition, festival, film and TV sectors.

AT Communications moved to SEGRO Park North Feltham in 2017 and has since experienced significant growth. This has resulted in the company upsizing from its current 8,760 sq ft premises to a new 26,518 sq ft facility, facilitating further expansion and providing the base to deliver even greater service to its clients throughout London, the South East and the UK as a whole.

The building known as Unit 675 River Gardens has a BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rating that includes the installation of PV panels, along with EV charging points and LED lighting throughout. It has 8m eaves, two electrically operated level access doors and 5,000 ft2 plus of two storey grade A offices with comfort cooling.

The leasing increases the total occupancy rate at SEGRO Park North Feltham to 97.3%.
