SEGRO secures planning for Clapham urban warehouse scheme
SEGRO has received planning permission for a new urban logistics scheme on Timber Mill Way in Clapham North, South London.

THE SCHEME known as SEGRO Park Clapham North will comprise eight multi-let units totalling 77,566 ft2 with direct access to Clapham High Street in Zone 2.
SEGRO Park Clapham North is targeting BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A+ certifications, and is designed with net zero operation in mind. All units will be equipped with rooftop solar PVs, while sustainable construction methods and materials have been prioritised to minimise embodied carbon.
As part of its overall strategy of reimagining urban industrial space to deliver future-ready, highly sustainable developments that strengthen London’s economic and environmental resilience, SEGRO Director, London Alex Keith, said: “SEGRO Park Clapham North reflects the next generation of inner urban logistics infrastructure and is well-connected, sustainable and community-conscious. We’ve worked closely with local stakeholders to deliver a scheme that meets the needs of occupiers, respects the local environment and sets a new standard for responsible industrial development in the capital.”
The buildings ranging from 5,985 – 18,105 ft2 will have 8 – 12.5m yard space accessing operational loading bays. Internally the buildings will have 10.5m clear internal height as well as first floor balconies over internal yard space. Tehre is 1MvA of power available to the site and 100% soalr PV arrays.
The Biodiversity net gain is over 100% for the site and there will be two acoustic fences along the railway line and Timber Mill Way
The scheme is set to reach practical completion in Q1 2027. Joint agenst are Montagu Evans and Levy Real Estate.
