Sheffield Midbox scheme plans submitted
Developer EQT Real Estates has lodged plans for a midbox scheme in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

THE DEVELOPER intends to redevelop a 15.06-acre site on Kettlebridge Road to provide three units totalling 282,567 ft2. The units of 55,816 ft2, 95,609 ft2 and 131,142 ft2 will have eaves heights ranging from 10 – 12m with yards of 35,40 and 50m respectively. The buildings will include ancillary offices, parking, vehicle access, landscaping, footpaths and open spaces.
The development will target BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating with a focus on issue such as water efficiency with low volume W/C’s and encouraging people to cycle to work with the provision of shower rooms with changing and locker areas provided within each unit.
