SHS Handling Solutions acquires WSS Warehouse Service Solutions
The acquisition of the Durham-based business extends the nationwide engineering coverage of SHS across the North of England.
THE DEAL integrates WSS’s 30 years of manual pallet truck servicing expertise into SHS under the SHS Handling Solutions name.
SHS managing director Yarl Dunn, says: “WSS has built an outstanding reputation over three decades for technical expertise. Our priority is to protect that legacy while giving the team the scale and resources to grow further. This acquisition strengthens our footprint while deepening our commitment to keeping British industry moving.”
WSS clients will transition to SHS’s centralised customer service desk in Buckingham helping to deliver end-to-end asset care.
Customer contacts and onsite engineering teams remain unchanged. Existing clients have been contacted directly.
