Significant Sheffield warehouse letting
Supply chain and workspace solutions business Paragon Customer Communications has taken a 110,000 ft2 warehouse in Sheffield.

THE COMPANY has leased the refurbished former B&Q at Greenland Industrial & Trade Park Sheffield on a five year lease at £7.25 per ft2.
The scheme, which has been funded by Barwood Capital's Regional Property Growth Fund IV and developed by Tungsten Properties, has repurposed a former B&Q retail warehouse and car park.
Barwood Capital asset management director Adam Smith, said: " Our conviction that a redundant retail warehouse could be successfully repurposed has been proven. It strikes a positive note to see this building and its surrounding land given a new lease of life – a theme that will no doubt develop across the country as investors refine their ESG requirements."
GV&Co and Colliers are joint agents for the scheme.
