THE PROPERTY, built by ADI, is the largest speculative warehouse to have been built in Merseyside this year and totals 107,000 sq ft.

Known as Knowsley 107, the facility has achieved a BREEAM Excellent and an EPC 'A' rating boasting double the amount of PVs needed to achieve BRULK approval.

In addition to being net zero ready, the property prvides 102,000 ft2 of warehouse space and 5,000 ft2 of office space. It has 12.5m eaves, 10 dock and two level access doors as well as a 68m deep yard. It sits on its own secure 5.29-acre site

Knight Frank industrial partner Sam Royle, said: “The decision to forward fund and press ahead with this development is now reaping dividends. Occupiers looking for highly efficient, high quality space in a prime location have limited choice and we are talking to a number of forward thinking clients who place great emphasis on ESG.”
